Who We Are

Indian Women and Child Welfare Trust (IWCWT) is a registered charitable trust based in New Delhi, working in the fields of education, women and child welfare, community development, and humanitarian assistance. Established under the Indian Trusts Act, the Trust is committed to promoting inclusive, sustainable, and need-based development programmes for the benefit of disadvantaged and vulnerable communities across India, without discrimination on the basis of religion, race, caste, creed, gender, or community.

The Trust establishes, administers, manages, and supports schools, colleges, institutes, and other educational institutions with the objective of providing quality education, knowledge, vocational skills, and character development to all sections of society. As part of a holistic educational approach, the Trust encourages universally accepted moral and ethical values and, where appropriate within its educational institutions, spiritual values consistent. However, the Trust strictly ensures that none of its activities involve religious conversion, inducement, coercion, or discrimination of any kind, and all services and programmes are provided voluntarily and without any religious condition.

Our programmes focus on improving access to education, empowering women, supporting children, strengthening livelihoods, promoting health and community well-being, and providing humanitarian assistance to those in need. All activities are carried out in accordance with the Constitution of India and applicable laws, including the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA), with a commitment to transparency, accountability, and responsible utilization of resources for charitable purposes.
